Ketki Shetty

I, Ketki Shetty am a Certified Psychological Counsellor and Life coach based in Mumbai and the Founder of Heartle. I work with my clients to provide clarity, direction, and encouragement to achieve greater fulfilment. I have worked with clients of varied ages covering a wide range of areas. I strive to help my clients create their best lives by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be.

During our engagement, you will discover solutions, create possibilities, and find answers to the questions you have. I will guide you through a thought provoking process which will facilitate gaining a new, informed perspective on problems you face to help create the outcomes that you desire. I use an integrated approach during my sessions including but not limited to  techniques like Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy and Eclectic approaches if required to assist you with your unique concerns.

Through our work together, we'll help you develop new skills, gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, and find new ways to cope with life's challenges. Our ultimate goal is to empower you to live the life you want, on your own terms.
